By placing an order with  Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales, services, and interactions between you (the “Client”) and  Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited.

1. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for [15] days unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving a signed quotation or formal written approval (including email), and, where applicable, an advance payment.

  • Any changes to order specifications after confirmation may result in revised pricing or delivery schedules.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are exclusive/inclusive of applicable taxes, as stated.

  • Payment terms must be strictly followed as per the invoice (e.g., 50% advance and 50% on delivery).

  • Late payments may incur a 15% monthly interest and could result in delayed or suspended services.

3. Proofs & Approvals

  • Final proof approvals (design, layout, content) are the client’s responsibility.

  • Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited is not liable for errors (e.g., typos, layout issues) after client approval.

  • Production begins only after the client provides written or email confirmation of the final proof.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date of final proof approval and receipt of advance payment.

  • While we strive to meet delivery dates, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues, technical failures, acts of God) are not grounds for cancellation or claims.

  • Delivery is deemed complete once goods leave our facility or are handed over to the courier/logistics provider.

5. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect as per approved proof.

  • For verified production errors,  Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and content provided by the client must not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws.

  • Clients are responsible for securing the necessary rights to use third-party materials.

  • Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order in question.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business.

8. Confidentiality

  • Any sensitive information shared by the client will be treated as confidential and used solely for the execution of the order.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.

10. Amendments

  • Rayat Printing & Packaging Limited reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or shared with clients as necessary.
